A new combined context
Playlist and EGYM completed their merger on March 31, 2026.
View sourceWe wanted to test whether proof-before-commitment could work one step earlier: against a carefully selected strategic account, before asking Rocket Farm for a meeting.
The useful outcome here is not a meeting. It is knowing whether we selected something Rocket Farm could actually care about.
A bounded account pursuit built from public evidence.
A diagnosis of Playlist / EGYM or a claim about its roadmap.
Correction, validation, or a clear reason the pursuit is wrong.
Playlist and EGYM completed their merger on March 31, 2026.
View sourceThe post-merger direction describes connected and personalized experiences spanning software, smart equipment, AI and wellness.
View sourceEGYM publicly maintains API/developer infrastructure and a Certified Developer Partner Program involving external software-development firms.
Rocket Farm publicly presents connected fitness, AI development and connected product work, with Hydrow as a relevant proof point.
Could cross-ecosystem member continuity become an interesting product surface?
We do not know whether this already exists, whether it is planned, whether Playlist / EGYM wants external help, or whether Rocket Farm would pursue the account. The prototype exists to make that uncertainty easier to inspect.
A deliberately bounded four-state concept: Discover / Book → Arrive / Connect → Train → Continue.
Everything inside is conceptual unless explicitly marked as public fact. It is not an existing Playlist / EGYM interface, roadmap feature, diagnosis, validated architecture or implementation recommendation.
The account-selection reasoning can become concrete enough for Rocket Farm to evaluate before a sales conversation.
Playlist / EGYM demand, roadmap relevance, technical feasibility, buying intent or willingness to use an external partner.
We deliberately kept the pursuit narrow enough to be wrong.
Banner & Field develops proof-first pursuits for strategic B2B accounts. We select a named account, research the context, build one defensible opportunity thesis and create enough proof for the seller and prospect to inspect the reasoning before the first conversation.
The point is not to manufacture certainty. It is to make a high-value sales hypothesis concrete enough to earn correction, validation or continuation.
Submit one priority account for a pursuit-readiness review before any full pursuit work begins.
You do not need to schedule anything. Correct the account, challenge the hypothesis, or tell us if the direction is credible.
